I have done a lot of reading on becoming a raw foodist. Every second of my life this seems more and more for me. Here I will be posting my journey to becoming a raw foodists and all the things I learn on my way.
I plan to start off slow incorporating raw food into my diet more and more. I am starting with breakfast and snacks, working my way from that to lunch and eventually dinner. I want to have a balance of foods as well, including: Fruit, vegtables, nuts, lugumes, seeds, cold pressed oils, unheated canned foods (my own pickled things).
